These aren’t your grandma’s pearls, but I think she’d look amazing in them too.
I take vintage pearls, restring each one by hand and knot them together on silk cord like they’ve done for centuries. this gives the strand a beautiful drape and it protects the pearls and precious stones from damage.
I think they are pretty special, just like you. I believe you found yourself here for a reason, and I’m so glad you did.
Encourage means to literally BREATHE COURAGE into another person. So I hope that my art here not only excites you, but I hope it inspires you to share these things with those you care about.

Your everyday layer is as special as it is elegant and simple. it goes with everything.
Restrung by hand on various shades of colorful silk, each strand features a unqiue mix of reclaimed vintage real pearls found from flea markets, estate and garage sales, and resale shops.
Each features 14k gold filled (this gold will not wear off, it is not plated) which makes it durable and beautiful. It will tarnish with wear but can be shined again to it’s natural lustre.
Take care with your silk knotted strands as they can stretch and break. It is recommended to remove for showering and sleeping to preserve the life of your knotted pearls. If they break you can send them back to be restrung just purchase THIS listing here.

Each strand is one of a kind. The Colorway option below refers to the silk cord color. Each has its own unique mix of bead colors.
These are made using reclaimed (vintage) real pearls, italian millefiori flower + mixed glass/stone accents and handknotted on colorful silk cord.
The clasps and findings are all 14k gold filled (not plated!!) so the gold does not wear or flake off - it can tarnish but only needs a light polish to return its original appearance.
Silk is a natural fiber and can wear down with repeated exposure to water or excessive force so please take care with your pearls. If you need to have them restrung you can order this service here!
